CANCELLATION
POLICY

For holidays, special dates, and high season (months of December, January, February, and March):
• Reservations canceled up to 30 days before the check-in date - Refund of 90% of the pre-deposited amount;
• Reservations canceled between 30 and 15 days before the check-in date - Refund of 50% of the pre-deposited amount;
• Reservations canceled within 15 days before the check-in date - no refund of the pre-deposited amount;
• No-show, meaning the guest does not show up on the reservation check-in date. The room will be released for rent the next day, and the reservation is considered canceled for all purposes, with no right to a refund of the advanced payment;
• In case of early check-out for any reservation, whether it's a package or not, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

For low season (months from April to November, excluding holidays):
• Reservations canceled up to 3 days before the check-in date - Refund of 90% of the pre-deposited amount;
• Reservations canceled within 3 days before the check-in date - no refund of the pre-deposited amount;
• No-show, meaning the guest does not show up on the reservation check-in date, the room will be released for rent the next day, and the reservation is considered canceled for all purposes, with no right to a refund of the advanced payment;
• In case of early check-out for any reservation, whether it's a package or not, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
